Vertical garden system
Are you familiar with the GreenStalk Vertical Garden? It consists of plastic “tubs” stacked on top of each other, which mean part of each tub is covered by tub above it. I’m wondering how it would work in our damp Olympia climate. My concern is that the layered nature of this system would create a problem with mold/mildew.

Do you mean the system sold by Gardening Supply the online ordering company? I have seen this type of set up but have not used it myself. I do agree that in the wet Pacific Northwest you could have problems with a stacking system. Sometimes ya gotta trust your instincts. Raised beds work great in our climate. They get my vote.
