I found this near my hardy hibiscus was wondering if it is a young hibiscus or just a weed

Looks like a young hibiscus to me. I have allowed young hibiscus volunteers to grow in my garden and now I have a lovely three foot shrub. Good luck. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
