They do look like a salvia plant that gets a spiky blue bloom later in the season - but of course I could be wrong and they could be a local weed brought into your yard by birds or the wind. I say let them grow and see what happens. You can always dig them out later if you don't like the flower.  Gardening is an adventure and finding surprises is part of the journey.
