That looks like liriope, an evergreen groundcover that will have spikes of purple blooms soon. It is related to black mondo grass. However it also looks like the houseplant spider plant so if you live in a warm climate it could be a houseplant let lose outdoors. Enjoy and keep growing, Marianne Binetti
