What to do
My neighbor when putting in his driveway didn’t put in a culvert and now instead of the water running into the creek like it’s natural flow to do we are getting flooded.

Yikes! Looks like you need a French Drain. This involves digging a ditch or catch basin and filling with drainage rock and perforated pipe then covering the pipe and adding soil to replant. You may want to hire a professional but the good news is in the summer the problem may dry up. So sorry. Maybe you would like a pond in your garden? Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
