Which Vegetables Can Be Started in Mid to Late Summer?
What crop(s) can be put in in mid to late summer to be harvested in fall, late fall?

This depends on where you live and how soon autumn frost arrives but in most of the country you can plant beets, lettuce, kale, spinach, onions, radish, broccoli and carrots in early to mid summer for harvest in October or sooner. These are cool season crops, Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
