That looks like mealy bugs on your plant not mold. These sap sucking insects are covered with a white protective coating that resembles mold. The cure is to dip a cotton swab into rubbing alcohol and touch each cluster to dry them up. Wash each leave with mild soap and water. Repeat in a few weeks when the next batch of eggs hatch.
