I love osmocote and use it a lot. My question is can I use on pond lilies? Will it hurt the fish?

You should use an aquaponic fertilizer for your lilies that is made for water gardens. I do not believe the Osmocote will harm the fish but it will not dissolve properly as it is not made to be used in water gardens. May all your water lilies inspire you as they did Monet.
