Which Ground Cover Works with Morning Shade and Afternoon Sun

What is a good flowering ground cover for shade in the morning but with filtered sun in the afternoon? I have some Vinca in there now, but I would like to add something else because it's a large area. Thank you!!

Help with Repotting a Hebe

Hello! My silver hebe (it was my mom's) is looking rather bedraggled these days. Its roots have grown beyond the pot, and it tries to root outside the pot. I'm sure it needs repotting, but I've never done it. It's in a pretty good-sized pot ... 18-20 inches high. Sorry, I didn't measure before hopping on here. Help?
