I purchased a beautiful Bougainvillea, is it a perennial to be planted in the yard or should these plants be brought inside during winter?

Oleander vs Basil

My Oleander tree is hovering over my Basil plants now and I am wondering if that is poisoning my Basil. The Oleander leaves and flowers are dropping into my Basil. I also have some wild Purslane growing near my Basil. What should I do? Are these tree and wild plant affecting my Basil? Will it still be safe for eating?

What causes holes in my Datura

I have 2 DATURA’s next to eachother and one is full of holes and the other is perfect - what is causing this. I’ve used a spray for garden insects - no help. Do snails do this and why only one plant? I’m lost - help!

My question is we have a large space where we have grown potatoes in our vegetable garden for a long time and about 6-8 years and the soil seems to be pooped out so we are going to grow our potatoes in bags for a few years. We do know however NOT to put tomatoes there ...
