Something killing my pine bushes

I have two questions: something is causing my big pine bushes to wilt, turn yellow and die. Don't know what to do. I have sprayed in the past for fungus but it is still happening. I have this weed that is overrunning my yard and lawn. Was wondering what you would use to control it?

Tomato too tall

Moss

I'm getting as lot of moss on the surface of my flower beds. Generally, I scrap it off but it keeps returning. I'm afraid to spay it due to the plants, flowers ,roses etc. Would lime help or is there a solution that I can use that will not damage my bedding plants and roses?
