Which Osmocote for Crape Myrtles
Posted by Gary Kazanjian | March 8, 2019Hi Marianne. I planted some seedling Crape Myrtles two years ago that are suppose to be good for cold climates---I am in Columbus, OH. The plants are wrapped for the Winter and are about the thickness of a fat pencil. The grower recommends Osmocote, but I do not which one and how much I should fertilize. Thank you.
Planting hybrid teas and grandifloras as hedges
Posted by Hamid Sabir | March 7, 2019I recently bought a few hybrid teas and grandifloras and would like to plant them as hedges. How far apart should i space them? Can all hybrid teas and grandifloras be planted as hedges or only certain varieties? How tall would they eventually get at maturity? Would it look spectacular as a hedge?

Poinsettia
Posted by Joanne Ciborowski | February 22, 2019My Christmas Poinsettia still looks as vibrant since the day I received it at a Christmas Church dinner. When the Summer season approaches, is it safe to put it outside on my front porch? How do you care for one in the later months, now that they are so hardy?
