What kind of weed is this?

This may be a weed? It has a very strong smell, herbal, medicinal a little hint of citrus. It’s growing about 2’ among my raspberries. Strong roots, when I tried to pull it out it broke off. I set it on the sidewalk over night the bunnies had no interest.

Hi, Marianne. My Coppertina Ninebark has become covered in powdery mildew for the second consecutive year. Last year I tried neem oil, and when the mildew kept returning I changed to copper fungicide. I never had the problem entirely controlled. Now it's back again this year.
