Free Samples

At one time you gave away free samples to garden clubs who were planning kids gardening activities. We are doing it again and would love some samples to put in our pollinator garden kits of seeds, plants and a grow bag for kids/families. Do you still do that? How do I apply?

Why do my Amaryllis bulbs not bloom?

Amaryllis bulbs are a bit tricky to coax into bloom again after they flower. Enjoy the green leaves on your bulbs now and set the plants outdoors during the summer keeping the soil slightly moist. Then in fall bring the plants indoors. Place near a bright window so they can experience shorter days.

Should I Repot My Beautiful Orchid Plant?

There is no need to repot an orchid that is flowering. The new stems growing upward may have more blooms so just wait and enjoy the show.
