Meet Elizabeth Morse

Elizabeth Morse is a born and bred Hoosier. An Advanced Master Gardener, seasoned restaurateur, foodie, wine guru, and writer, she's a lover of all things local and consults on food, gardens and gatherings.

Morse believes that fresh, healthy food should be on tables throughout every community and reach people of all economic levels. With a background in foodservice and an avid vegetable grower, she wants people to have the skills to nourish themselves with plants. Sustenance meets aesthetics and the simple act of growing food can offer folks a critical path to self- reliance, food security and self-esteem.

An entrepreneur & self-taught chef who co-owned Corner Wine Bar in Indianapolis for nearly 20 years. CWB was one of Indy’s oldest restaurant’s. Morse created seasonal menus boasting local food sources. After selling her restaurant in 2018, she began offering cooking and gardening classes and is a private chef for hire.
