Love OverFloyeth

STORY: I would say my love of gardening started with my grandma Floy. Traveling to Amherst, WI, to visit my mom's mother included harvesting from her large garden and enjoying her flowers. Always helping her make raspberry freezer jam as a child and watching them can their produce was a favorite of mine. The harvests, recipes, and outcomes were fun and delicious! My love of gardening still continues to this day!

STORY: Back on Jan. 6th 2016 we had a house fire and lost everything. My husband, our son, our two dogs and myself, ended up in an RV, we found a small lot in an RV park and that is where we are. STORY: It's amazing to see what happens when you start adding plants around your home. So many things appear that you didn't see before you planted flowers, shrubs and vegetables. STORY: I became diagnosed with a thyroid disorder back in 1999. Ever since I have become more aware about what I eat and what I feed my family. So after my sons were born I decided to become and organic gardener and learn how to grow and preserve what I grow. It has been a trial and error process for sure, but my sons get excited now to harvest and eat what I grow.

The Perfect Rose!

STORY: After retirement, I needed a hobby to fill up the days. I started working on buying various flowers to beautify our yard and found I had a real knack for it! The more I got into it, the happier I was! This perfect rose smells as good as it looks! Many of the new breed roses have no fragrance at all...not so with this beauty!
