Exposed root on semi dwarf Calamondin tree.

My Lime Marmalade Heuchera is looking really bad. I have removed all the leaves that look like this. What does it have and how can I prevent it? I also have what appears to be the same thing on my Hollyhocks. I too removed on the infested leaves.

Tomato Issues

The young leaves are small,deformed and misshaped just on the top and I fertilized with 10-10-10 six weeks ago and I put gypsum on them about a month ago and it’s been hot and humid and then getting down to 56 at night but I never had this problem before

month ago planted small garden - few tomatoes, squash, chard, beets, jalapeños. fertilized garden as well as "limed" the tomatoes. We are in NW Oregon and we have had A LOT OF RAIN the last couple of weeks. Will that much rain leach out the fertilizer from the garden soil requiring me to add a little more of those ingredients ...
