Tomato plants

But now there are little black spots (pelletes, eggs - idk) on the leaves and the bottom leaves are turning yellow and some kind of bug is eating the leaves. Also we have buds but no tomatoes. Can you please help

Fertilizer for herbs in containers

I have more than one book on herb horticulture (for example, Thomas DeBaggio’s ‘Growing Herbs’) that all suggest something called Osmocote For Potting Mixes 17-6-10. Where can I obtain this product to maximize my herb production?
