Kitchen window herbs

One, sometimes two, plants always die while the others grow like gangbusters. Any ideas on what causes this?

Honeysuckle
Posted by Becky Smith | June 11, 2018My 92yr old GPA accidentally sprayed his, over 100 yr old, Honeysuckle with Weed B Gone. He is afraid he may have killed it, and that it won't bloom next year. He did spray them with a Lot water, and fed them Miracle Grow. I'm sending pics... Please advise what we can do. TY
