Spraying weeds

If so, can I do one right after the other, or do I need to wait between applications?
Alfalfa meal on blueberry bushes

Autumn Clematis won’t bloom
Posted by Chriss | April 16, 2016My Autumn Clematis refuses to bloom. It is on the south side, about three years, and has plenty of leaves. I've cut it back in late winter for it supposed to flower on new growth. Someone suggested root pruning and a good feeding. What do you think?
