I live in Northern Ohio so cold tolerance is an issue. The area is mostly shaded but does get some sun. Any suggestions? My best regards and thanks Jim Conroy

Light for herbs

Now I am wondering if parsley, chives, and basil can be grown in part shade with sun in the afternoon beginning around 1:00 p.m. along with a few flowers that will grow in that light.
