Trimming iceberg rose standard

Hello Marianne, I have rows of iceberg rose standards and they just finished blooming for the second time. Shall I leave them like that until early spring and then trim back or shall I trim them back now and again in early spring? Thank you fir your help. Christine

Amount of Osmocote Smart release

Hello Maryann, First time grower and I’m planting heirloom lettuce (cut and come back) inside with a grow light. Directions on the Osmocote Smart release (14-14-14) has amounts for tomatoes, onions, carrots etc. What would be your recommended amount of food for my lettuce? Thank you for your help.
