Rhubarb needs to be thinned?

The house we moved into three years ago came with a rhubarb plant in a raised bed. I have no idea how old it is. I harvested some decent stalks last year, but most were smaller, about the size of my pinky. I cut all of the stalks off, not knowing any better but the plant came back just fine ...

Habiscus Leaves Yellowing

I live in Southwest Florida. I planted several habiscus plants a few months ago. They get full sun and are on drip irrigation with water twice a day. Miracle Grow fertilizer once a month. Within the last few weeks their leaves have started yellowing. Do you know what could be wrong?

Mesh lining

I just started a raised garden. I went with plants already started. Can I put the black garden mesh over the top of my soil but below the mulch just to help keep moisture in some. We live in a very hot area of Texas.
