Tree roots
Posted by Tim Bock | June 24, 2019I have exposed tree roots in my back yard that are an obstacle when mowing. What’s the best way to level out the ground around the base of the tree? I’ve heard that covering with dirt might be bad for the tree. What about crushed rock? I’m okay with that look since it’s not the front yard.

Dead rose bush
Posted by Jenny Ly | June 24, 2019I have a rose bush in front of my house. There are roses blooming. However, there are a lot of stems or branches that look dead. The buds are dried up and there are no leaves on them. Should I cut them? If so, how should I do so?

I just hit the mark on my calendar where I needed to fertilize it so I did so with some organic mixture. Because of the constant amount of moisture in my back yard area over the years my garden unfortunately develops some type of fungus/mold every year now ...

Mandavilla
Posted by Angelia Mackay | June 21, 2019My mandavilla has white hard chalky stuff all on the top of the soil and all around the base of the trunk of the plant. The plant itself is doing great beautiful blooms, nothing on the Bush itself. Do I need to send a picture of it to help?
