We have killed weeds and grass that have grown onto these areas with round up. They are now brown. Can we put 4 inches of the moo do over the killed weeds or should be pull them first ?
Yellow Leaves on young plants

Perennial suggestions for in front of hedge

She had a small hedge in front of her house and space enough to plant a row of a perennial and then maybe some annuals (like Allysum) Wondered what you might suggest as a low blooming perennial that would work there. She needs low to no maintenance.
