Why no trace elements in Flower & Vegetable Osmocote?

The "Guaranteed Analysis" of the Osmocote Flower & Vegetable lists only NPK. Why have all the essential elements present in the Outdoor & Indoor formula been omitted in the Flower & Vegetable formula? It would seem that having ...
Dividing asparagus crowns

Best and shortest way to put this.... are there any Osmocote fertilizers that are NOT recommended for vegetable gardening? I have some other Osmocote fertilizers available and want to make sure it is safe.

CA poppy seeds
