What is the best ground cover to pair with red carpet sedum?
Posted by Diane Christian | April 30, 2016I planted a large area with red carpet sedum which is doing so-so, but I dislike the spidery stems. Is there another ground cover that could be planted among these to make it more appealing? Something hearty and pretty to lighten up the dark red and help hide those ugly spider stems... Stunted hydrangeas

Using sawdust as mulch and compost

Now I have beautiful pile of fluffy sawdust with some soil (10%) mixed in by the stump chewer. Can I use this sawdust as mulch on cedars? Can it go into the composter?
