Posted by | August 11, 2014

My fig tree produced bumper crops for several years, but last year and this year only a few figs have ripened. The rest stay small, hard, and green. I have heard that figs don't require fertilizer or much water. Is it time for me to do something in the way of fertilizer and/or water?

We will be retiring and moving from Bonney Lake to Ocean Shores. I want to take as many of my plants as I can. My question is, which would be the ideal time to move them—fall or spring? Here are few of my plants and trees: maple tree, cherry tree, clematis, hostas, arborvitae, Rose of Sharon, many more...

I have had trouble in the past growing Brussels sprouts. The little cabbages are loose, not tight like the ones I get at the store. What am I doing wrong?
