Sprinkler system hose for roots only

My annuals and all knockout/tea roses are blooming in bunches, but my sprinkler system puts water on all flowers. Should I change the sprinkler system?

Toadstool mushrooms in vegetable garden

We accidentally overwatered for a few weeks and now see toadstools. We dig them up every day but are worried the mushrooms make the vegetables unsafe to eat? Is it safe to eat the vegetables?

I planted tomato plants and hey are growing beautifully. However, all green leaves and no flowers. I used a Gro Box which has fertilizer in it. What do I need to do to produce flowers so I can get tomatoes?
