Here's another: I want to dig up and divide my rhubarb, a task I usually do after the October frost knocks back the leaves. Though we haven't yet had a frost, the leaves have died back. I was told this is a pretty much all purpose product. 2) Is there a production date on the package? The only date I see is a copyright date of 2013 to Scotts.
