No blueberries this year?

I have 14 blueberry bushes in my backyard along a 6 foot tall wooden fence that have been there over 20 years...every year they have produced like crazy except this year. There are hardly any berries and tons of leaves... they are acting like they were already picked and putting on leaves. Help!

Hi Marianne, I am growing black raspberries. The tops touch the ground on a couple of them and they have started rooting. Do I cut the plant in half? Or where would it be good to cut it, if at all?
