Posted by Joann Pigott | April 28, 2015I live in a townhome with small outdoor garden space. Each year I have a problem trying to keep my soil and mulch from washing away when it rains. I have some plastic garden piping in place, the rain pushes everything over it, creating a huge mess. So I feel like I am throwing money down the drain. Any suggestions?
