Roxiana’s Question
Posted by Margie Vinciguerra | October 1, 2013I make loose leaf tea every day and put the used leaves in with my compost. Would this compost be okay to use in planting my rhododendrons (mixing with the soil) and also would it be fine adding it into my veggie garden? Thank you

Any truth ...

It's been growing like crazy, seems to be very happy in a fairly sunny spot. However it didn't bloom...Perhaps this was a growing year, and next year it will produce flowers? Thanks as always for your help! CM

Fallen apples are a source of food for rats, possum, racoons and other pests. They also are a source for apple maggot. I agree with your recommendation to donate their surplus to the food bank but good maintenance ...
