Best plants for missionary-style landscape

Forgotten daffodil and tulip bulbs

Last year I bought dozens of daffodil and tulip bulbs to plant in my long raised bed, and I failed to plant them. Is my best option to plant them now (within the next 2-3 weeks), or wait until the fall? Or is there a better option. Thanks so much for your availability and expert help.

Black spots on pear leaves

We have a pear tree that develops black spots on the leaves. The leaves eventually shrivel up and fall off in the middle of summer. If any fruit develop, there are black spots on the pear and eventually they too shrivel up. What is it and how do I get rid of it? Thanks in advance Gregory
