How do I turn the greenery in my flower garden from a yellowish green to a rich green?

I have a very large flower garden but the greenery on my flowers, including roses seem to be a yellowish green; would like to seem them a rich green. We have rain all along, so it shouldn't be dryness. Please give me suggestions. Thanks Shirley
