Posted by NINA MCCLOSKEY | June 7, 2013We are virgin gardeners. Have 20 forsythia bushes for the yard and someone suggested saving old coffee grounds to use for the planting. Are they wet grounds or dried out and just what do we do with them? Thank you for your help with this.

Part of the original dwarf size has retained its shape, but there are now quite a few taller branches that have developed. Should these be pruned back to the original size and if so, when? It is no longer fruiting.
